Clément’s Blue Cane is the world’s first agricole rum, made from the distillation of juice from a single sugarcane variety, the Blue Cane. This sugarcane variety is distinguished by its bluish-purple hue and its particularly fruity aromatic potential. This cuvée is an agricole rum with AOC Martinique designation.
The Blue Canes that make up this cuvée are traditionally harvested between January and June, at the optimal time of the season. After juice extraction, fermentation, and distillation, the resulting Canne Bleue white rum is rested for many months to ensure a rich aromatic profile and an unparalleled smoothness on the palate.
