½ oz

Rhum Blanc Clément 50° 

2/3 oz

lime juice


slices of fresh ginger


Step 1

Muddle the ginger in a shaker.

Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients.

Step 3

Shake vigorously. 

Step 4
Strain through a fine sieve and pour into an Aura glass and garnish.
