Rhum Clément VO

1 TSP

cane syrup

1

lime cheek

Cocoa powder

Grated coconut

Orange twist for garnish  

Ice cubes

Method


Step 1

Rub the skin of the lime cheek over the edge of the glass.  

Step 2
Frost the glass with cocoa powder and shredded coconut. 


Step 3

Pour in rum, cane syrup and lime juice from the lime cheek. Add to glass.  

Step 4
Drop the lemon cheek into your glass.
