Ice cubes
Step 1 Rub the flesh of the lime cheek all over the edge of the green.
Step 2Frost with cocoa powder and shredded coconut.
Step 3 Pour in rum, cane syrup and squeeze lemon cheek.
Step 4Drop the lemon cheek into your glass.

Depending on your taste, the cocoa powder can be more or less bitter or sweet for this cocktail.
