Clément Canne Bleue

2 cl

Lime juice

2 cl

Sugar syrup

2.5 cl

Egg white

A handful of fresh basil

Preparation

Step 1
Place a handful of fresh basil in the bottom of the shaker and gently press to release the aromas.

Step 2
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.

Step 3
Shake vigorously.

Step 4
Pour into a glass and garnish!
