of Bitter Angostura

Ice cubes
Step 1 Place the sugar cube at the bottom of the glass and pour in the drops of Bitter.
Step 2Pour in the sparkling water and mash until the sugar melts.
Step 3 Add the rum and ice cubes, then stir.
Step 4Garnish with orange zest!
