Rhum Clément VSOP

A splash of sparkling water  

3 dashes

of Bitter Angostura

sugar cube

Orange twist for garnish  

Ice cubes

Method


Step 1

Place the sugar cube at the bottom of the glass and pour in the drops of Bitter.

Step 2
Pour in the sparkling water and mash until the sugar melts.


Step 3

Add the rum and ice cubes, then stir.

Step 4
Garnish with orange zest!
