Juice of half a lime  

2 TBSP

honey or brown sugar

2 oz

cold water

Method


Step 1

Mix the honey (or brown sugar) with the squeezed lime juice. 

Step 2
Pour the amber rum into the mixture.


Step 3

Add cold water and stir with ice cubes.
