Lime juice

Cane Syrup

2 cl

Passion fruit purée

Handful Basil and Mint

Top up with Sparkling Water

Preparation

Step 1
Place the leaves in the glass and gently press them without crushing.

Step 2
Fill the Highball glass with crushed ice.

Step 3
Pour all the ingredients, except the sparkling water, and stir.

Step 4
Add the sparkling water, stir again, then add ice and garnish!
