Elaboration

This new liqueur is a blend of white rum, white cane sugar syrup and natural banana extract. This extract has been specially developed for Clément using the Clément Habitation bananas and low-energy green extraction technologies. This blending is carried out in our stainless steel vats, with air, mechanical or pump stirring and homogenisation depending on requirements and tasting.
