Rhum Clément Canne Bleue

3 1/3 oz

lemon juice

6 2/3 oz

exotic tea

3 1/3 oz

pineapple juice


bird peppers


coriander sprigs


basil sprigs

20 cl

of sugar


Step 1

Pour all ingredients into a film-coated container and store in a cool place (4°C) for 24 hours.

Step 2
Strain, then pour into a punch bowl.

Step 3

Add ice cubes and garnish bowl.

Step 4
Pour into a Millésime glass and garnish!
