Cane sugar

Lime juice

Glass of sparkling water
Step 1Muddle the basil leaves and pineapple chunks with the cane sugar directly in the glass.
Step 2Add the lime juice and white rum.
Step 3Add ice and top up with sparkling water.
Step 4Garnish with a basil leaf and a pineapple wedge.
