Basil leaves

Pineapple

2 teaspoons

Cane sugar

1 cl

Lime juice

Glass of sparkling water

Preparation

Step 1
Muddle the basil leaves and pineapple chunks with the cane sugar directly in the glass.

Step 2
Add the lime juice and white rum.

Step 3
Add ice and top up with sparkling water.

Step 4
Garnish with a basil leaf and a pineapple wedge.
